Maximizing employee passion and potential

Studies show that having engaged employees boosts profits, reduces turnover, and increases customer loyalty. With statistics like that, helping your employees feel energized and engaged in what they do just makes good business sense. The big question, of course, is HOW?

The secret? It has to come from them, not from you. Sustained passion doesn't come from management cheerleading. It comes from employees who can see how their work relates to the things that light their fire.

There are two options for this workshop, the employee track and the management track.

In the employee-focused workshop, participants will learn how to:

  • Create their Passion CoreSM (the internal compass that will help them identify the career path in your company that will maximize their passion)
  • Identify the opportunities within the company
  • Research the possibilities
  • Identify and take those all important first steps!
In the management-focused presentation, I share:

  • How to help employees identify what truly energizes and excites them

  • How to help your employees stay excited and engaged for the long term
  • The two most important questions you can ask your employees

OK, but what about the bottom line? Consider these statistics:

From a Gallup study:
75% to 80% of employees are achieving much less and feeling far less enthusiastic about their work than they could be...If 100% of employees were "fully engaged," meaning playing at the top of their game and happy about it, customers would be 70% more loyal, turnover would drop by 70%, and profits would jump 40%.

From a Hay Group study:
In a large professional services firm with multiple international offices, the consultants from offices where employees were highly engaged outperformed disengaged offices by 43% as measured by revenue generated.
