    Passion Core ^SM

The Passion Core is the heart of my Occupational Adventure Guide model. It is the internal compass that will help you identify the right direction, evaluate opportunities, and stay on track for the long term. Your Passion Core is made up of: The underlying characteristics of what you love doing (getting beyond what you love doing to why you love it) Your values Your spiritual beliefs (if that's a way you see the world) Through in-depth inquiry and exploration, I help my clients identify their own Passion Cores. Think of your Passion Core as an erector set for a career that will really light your fire. By breaking it down into the underlying elements, you can put the pieces together in different ways, opening up many possible paths to create a career you love. Here is my own Passion Core as an example.
