"I had people in the office all afternoon continuing to talk about what came out of the morning's workshop! He gave them the opportunity to talk about themselves in a way they hadn't experienced before. The workshop really was all about them, and drew things out of them they didn't know they knew.
Right from the beginning, Curt energized people - and allowed them to energize themselves. He helped people open up and got them interacting from the beginning. He was fun and funny from the start. He literally bounced! And the way he told his own story, making himself vulnerable, really helped make it OK for people to explore their own stories.
Curt's pacing was excellent. The energy level was at a 9 through the whole thing. Everybody was still hot by the end of each activity, and he kept them wanting more.
While he had the basic structure of the workshop, Curt was also able to adjust on the fly to focus on what was most relevant to us. He got the main ideas in, but was extremely responsive to the specific needs of the group as they unfolded.

"Curt was a wonderful speaker! He had a very upbeat, enthusiastic presentation with an expanding, eye-opening point of view. He was a great catalyst for questioning, getting us to dig in for some self-examination. It was a real light bulb experience.
Curt was tuned in to the audience and really connected with us as he both asked and answered questions."

"From beginning to end, Curt engaged us and got us thinking about what our careers could be, not just what they "should" be.
His humorous ways of driving points home and his high-energy, informal style encouraged enthusiastic audience participation. People started asking themselves questions about where they were in life, and came away with concrete next steps to take in their exploration.
And to top it all off - it was fun!!"
